2012 Excellence in Building Awards

We are pleased to announce that at this year’s Newcastle MBA 2012 Excellence in Building Awards, both St Pius X High School and Holy Family Primary School collected honours in their categories. St Pius X won in the category ‘Extensions, Renovations & Refurbishments Over $5 Million’ and Holy Family won in the same category for projects $2–5 million.

This is just reward for the builders, Kingston Building Australia and North Constructions, respectively, whose skill and hard work in realising these buildings has paid great dividends for the school communities. We would also like to thank the client, the Catholic Schools Office (Maitland Newcastle Diocese), for their determination in pursuing progressive educational philosophies and their brief to create modern and functional learning spaces.
