Internal demolition commenced, beginning with all timber items, such as partition walls and linings, and some materials were set aside for later reuse in this or other projects.

Initial site set up, including:

• installing site shed;
• erecting site fences; and
• arranging access;

Demolition plan: items were marked for demolition with reference to the Architect’s
demolition plan prior to any demolition commencing. During this demolition planning, the location of all existing site services, such as water, electricity and gas, were confirmed.
